Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse
Overview
- Travel assignment in Waukesha, Wisconsin
- 13-week contract
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- 12-hour shifts
- Holiday rotation and every other weekend required
Unit
- 4NW Ortho Neuro
- Patient ratio: 1:6, and 1:7 after 2300
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- NIHSS
- Wisconsin RN license
- 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience
- Short-term acute care hospital experience
- Experience with indwelling drain removal
- Experience with PICC line care and dressing changes
- Epic experience within the last 12 months
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 travel contract completed
Float Scope
- May float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago, and other like units as needed
- May be required to float to units and facilities based on census
Additional Notes
- No on-call or call-back requirements
- Scrub color: any
- COVID-19 vaccine required unless a medical or religious exemption applies
