Job Overview

Contract length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed hours: 36 per week

Schedule

12-hour variable day/night shifts
Shift times: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Every other weekend and holidays as needed
May be required to work Labor Day
May be placed on call if low censused; call-back minimum is 2 hours

Required Qualifications

Minnesota RN licensure
BLS certification from ARC or AHA
ACLS certification
PALS certification
NIHSS certification
TNCC certification
2+ years of ER experience
At least 1 travel assignment completed
Must live outside a 50-mile radius

Work Environment

Level 2 trauma, stroke, and STEMI center
Average volume of about 75 patients per day
Typical patient ratio is 4:1
Experience with adults and pediatrics preferred
Trauma center experience preferred

Additional Notes

Epic familiarity preferred
Scrub color: royal blue
No sweatshirts or hoodies
During flu season, travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccination must wear a mask at all times
