Unit: 2nd Floor – Rehabilitation
Patient population: Adult, geriatric, orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, stroke, amputations, traumatic brain injuries
Patient ratio: 5:1
Equipment: Omnicell
EHR system: Meditech

Position Details

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg Acute/Inpatient Rehab
Number of openings: 1
Shift options:
- Day shift: 7 AM – 7 PM
- Night shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
Weekly guaranteed hours: 36
Weekend hours: Every other weekend (EOW)
- Weekend days: Saturday/Sunday
- Weekend nights: Friday/Saturday
Call requirements: None
Float requirements: Occasional float to med/surg as needed
Required certifications: CCRN preferred but not required
Required experience: Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience
Preferred experience: Rehabilitation experience including documentation and GG scoring
Education: Registered Nurse (RN) license required
