Overview
- Location: Tyler, Texas
- Shift: 8hr Day
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, with expectation of working up to 40 hours
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
Preferred Qualifications
- Outpatient experience preferred
Assignment Details
- Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be paid at the local rate
- Overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked
- No float to other clinics
- Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
- Expected patient volume: 12-14 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
