Job Description
Provide skilled nursing care in a 12-bed inpatient hospice facility focused on symptom management, respite care, and support for patients and families during end-of-life stages. Services include pain and symptom management, medical social services, counseling, spiritual support, hospice aides, trained volunteers, bereavement support, and medication/equipment management.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license at time of application
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- BSN and/or previous home health/hospice or case management experience preferred
- Broad-based nursing experience preferred to ensure specialized hospice nursing skills
Additional Information
- Contract length is approximately 13 weeks
- Interview scheduling requires candidate availability and preferred contact method (phone or email)
- Prior travel experience is not specified as required
