Location

• Pahala, Hawaii

Contract

• 26 weeks

Schedule

• Days, Monday–Friday
• 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Vermont
• Occupational Therapist with 2 years of experience
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Red Cross
• Experience working with adult patients
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Experience in an acute care setting

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients in outpatient or inpatient settings
• Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the ordering physician
• Update treatment plans and home exercise programs regularly
• Independently manage a full caseload
• Determine when re-evaluations are needed based on insurance authorization
• Provide coverage in Rehab and Acute Rehab

Additional Notes

• Must be able to work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as needed based on hospital operations
• Travelers without an active Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of the offer
• Hawaii license must be obtained by the start of the assignment
