Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Diagnostic Imaging)

Location: Hilo, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Perform routine CT scans independently following radiologist protocols.
Ability to scan per protocols without supervision.
Experience preferred with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation.
Experience with venipuncture, MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging is a plus.
Shifts may vary based on need; no on-call required.
Must attend employee health appointment the Friday before assignment start (arrival required the Thursday before).

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of work experience in an acute hospital setting.
Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer required by start of assignment.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exception required prior to contract start.
