Outpatient Physical Therapist

Role

Outpatient PT at an offsite outpatient clinic. The source specifically says it is looking for an Orthopedic PT.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • No call
  • No weekend requirements

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • BLS (AHA)
  • CA PT license
  • 2 supervisor references at submittal, including 1 within the last 12 months and 1 within the last 3 years worked

Additional Details

  • Profiles are sent directly to the unit
  • Travelers will work 2 of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s
  • Holiday time off will be considered but is not guaranteed
  • The clinic does not typically see children under 10 years of age
  • The role includes patient assessment, treatment planning and implementation, therapeutic interventions, documentation, patient/family education, communication with the care team and MD, delegation/supervision, and time management responsibilities
