• Days
• 40 hours per week
• 4–10 hour shifts or 5–8 hour shifts

Setting / Coverage

• Department: OT
• Covers inpatient, swing-bed, assisted living, and outpatient
• Required to cover all areas
• Pediatrics would be outpatient
• Patient mix includes general medical, CVA, hip fx, post-op THR/TKR, adhesive capsulitis, tendon injuries, UE fractures, carpal/cubital tunnel, developmental delay, autism, sensory issues, and syndromes

Required Qualifications

• BLS
• Illinois licensure
• Pediatric experience
• Generalist with evaluation and treatment skills to cover a broad range of patients
