Occupational Therapist Job Summary

Location

• Tonasket, Washington

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour day shifts
• Start times staggered between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM
• No weekend requirements
• No holiday requirements

Assignment Details

• Inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care coverage
• Typically assigned to one area, with potential to float to help cover another area
• 3–11 patients per day
• 1–2 shifts of department orientation with a preceptor

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification
• Must be flexible and able to serve a wide range of patients
• Must note in submission if the clinician has ever worked for this facility

Preferred Experience

• Inpatient and outpatient experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted

Work Environment

• Professional attire, typically khaki, or scrubs
• Rehab aides and COTAs are available
• Permanent therapists are available as resources
• Traveler-friendly team environment

Additional Notes

• May rarely be asked to cover a contracted facility about 1 hour away or an outpatient clinic about 20 minutes away
