Contract

• 13 weeks
• Day shift
• 12 hours per day
• 36 hours per week

Setting

• Nursing home attached to a hospital
• 38 residents
• Private rooms

Required Qualifications

• Active BLS certification
• 1 year of experience
• Must be able to pass medications and supervise CNAs/TMAs
• Previous nursing home experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Wound care
• Foley care
• Ostomy care
• Supervision of CNAs/TMAs

Schedule

• 8-hour or 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
• Block scheduling available based on need

Additional Details

• No clinical involvement
• No IVs or titratable drips
• RN does not read strips
• Physician available after hours
• Pharmacy on site
• Medication dispensing uses blister pack cards
• Scrubs are provided
• Orientation provided as needed
• No call or standby
• No floating

Notes

• RTO must be submitted upfront; additional RTO will not be approved
• Candidates must not have been full-time, part-time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit-associated facility, including CHI and/or Dignity, within the past year
• Candidate must already have an account created/registered to run the MN NetStudy prior to submission
