Location: Peoria, Illinois
Facility: 22 beds
Contract length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 0600-1430, Monday-Friday

Required Qualifications

Illinois RN license
BLS
ACLS
2 years Pre/Post Op experience
Able to start IVs using Lidocaine

Job Duties

Float role that starts IVs and assists with admissions

Unit Details

Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1 Pre Op; 1:2 Phase 2
Orientation: 1-2 days on the unit
Scrubs provided by the hospital

Additional Notes

EPIC is used in the unit
Active IL license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated is required for submission
Negative drug screen required for all panels
