Job Description
- Late 10-hour shift
- Must be proficient in at least 3 of the following surgical services: Neuro, Orthopedic, Vascular, Thoracic, ENT/plastic flaps
- No block time provided
Required Qualifications
Licensure
- Valid, permanent RN license for Ohio (temporary licenses not accepted)
- Primary source verification required within 30 days of start and updated upon expiration
- License must be re-verified every 2 years with RN license renewal
Certifications
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
Experience
- Specialty: RN Surgery
- Minimum years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard RN Surgery experience expected (confirm with recruiter if needed)

Health and Immunizations

- SAM/EPLS/GSA/OFAC screening within 6 months prior to start
- Drug screen within 60 days prior to start (10-panel, lab report required; instant screens not accepted)
- Education verification through third party
- Employment verification for last 5 years through third party
- I-9 attestation confirming eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Submission packet including resume, 2 professional references (within last 2 years), job application, and employment history form
- Driver’s license or state ID (non-expired photo ID)
Skills and Competency

- Competency exam with minimum 80% score within 1 year prior to start (one-time requirement)
