- 19:00 - 07:30
- Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Assignment Details
- 13-week contract
- Intermittent charge responsibilities may be required
- Charge training/shadowing is offered
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Stepdown experience within the last year
- 1 year of Stepdown experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Med Surg experience
- Telemetry experience
Onboarding / Compliance
- 2-step TB test or IGRA with negative reads within the last 6 months
- MMR immunity documentation
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- Fit test completed within 1 year of start
- Influenza vaccine documentation required from October through March
- Drug screen within 60 days of start
- Criminal background check within 6 months of start
- OIG search within 6 months of start
- SAM and OFAC searches within 6 months of start
- Ohio fingerprints required
- License/certification verification within 30 days of start
- I-9 attestation
- Module completion certificate before clearance
- Badge photo
- Education verification
- Employment verification
