Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Stepdown experience within the last year
1 year of Stepdown experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License

Health and Immunization Requirements

Influenza vaccine documentation or approved declination/medical accommodation during flu season
MMR immunity or acceptable booster process
Varicella immunity or acceptable booster process
Hepatitis B series, partial series, or signed declination
Tdap within the last 10 years
TB testing with 2-step PPD or IGRA
Fit test completed within 1 year of start
COVID-19 vaccine is preferred, not required
