Job Opportunity: Pediatric Cardiac ICU RN

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Registered Nurse with strong critical thinking skills and ICU experience.
Key skills and responsibilities include:

Immediate post-operative cardiac patient care
Management of inotropic medications
Care of mediastinal chest tubes, central lines, and arterial lines
Neonatal care and advanced airway management
Ventilator management
Family-centered care approach
Post-cardiac catheterization care
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Required Qualifications

Licensure and Education

Valid RN license in Ohio
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Experience

Pediatrics CVICU experience (minimum 1 year) within the last year
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience

Certifications

BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS certification
