Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location

  • Cincinnati, Ohio

Contract

  • 13 weeks
  • LTA employment type

Schedule

  • 4 ten-hour shifts
  • 2 weekdays per week
  • Every 3rd weekend
  • Weekend call: Friday 17:30 to Monday 07:00
  • Out-of-hospital response time: 30 minutes from activation

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Ohio
  • Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
  • Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ARRT
  • Driver's License
  • Angioplasty experience
  • Percutaneous Intervention experience
  • Impella experience
  • Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) experience
  • Atherectomy Devices/Rotablader technique experience
  • Temporary Venous Pacemaker placement experience
  • Swan Ganz Catheter placement experience

Preferred / Helpful Experience

  • Scrubbing technique for procedures is encouraged

  • MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
  • Fit test

  • TB test
  • Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
