Job Overview

Specialty: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Location: Boise, Idaho
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00–17:30
Schedule: Variable days/evenings; 7 on / 7 off rotation; Monday–Friday with rotating weekends; call required every 3rd weekend

Required Qualifications

Associate degree
ASCP certification
1 year of Medical Lab Technician experience
Medical Lab Technician experience within the last year
Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination/exemption
10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
Signed code of conduct form
Signed confidentiality and information security agreement
Signed integrity and audit services form
Motor vehicle report dated within 30 days of start
Color vision screening
Proof of MMR immunity or vaccination
Proof of varicella immunity or vaccination
Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
Resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references
Conflict of interest disclosure form
Criminal background check
Education verification
EPLS screening
GSA/OIG screening
Joint Commission testing within a year
NSO screening dated within 30 days of start
