Job Overview

  • Specialty: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
  • Location: Boise, Idaho
  • Employment type: LTA
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: 07:00–17:30
  • Schedule: Variable days/evenings; 7 on / 7 off rotation; Monday–Friday with rotating weekends; call required every 3rd weekend

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree
  • ASCP certification
  • 1 year of Medical Lab Technician experience
  • Medical Lab Technician experience within the last year
  • Driver's License

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination/exemption
  • 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
  • License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
  • Signed code of conduct form
  • Signed confidentiality and information security agreement
  • Signed integrity and audit services form
  • Motor vehicle report dated within 30 days of start
  • Color vision screening
  • Proof of MMR immunity or vaccination
  • Proof of varicella immunity or vaccination
  • Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
  • Resume, skills checklist within a year, and 2 professional references
  • Conflict of interest disclosure form
  • Criminal background check
  • Education verification
  • EPLS screening
  • GSA/OIG screening
  • Joint Commission testing within a year
  • NSO screening dated within 30 days of start
  • System access form completed one week before start
