Job Details
- Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
- Employment type: LTA
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- On-call: Every 6th weekend
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Florida
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of CT Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
- License or certification verification dated within 30 days of start
- CT technologist skills checklist
- Resume
- Skills checklist completed within the past year
- 2 professional references
Onboarding Requirements
- Tdap within the past 10 years
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- COVID-19 vaccine, declination, or exemption documentation
- MMR immunity documentation
- Fit test
- Hepatitis B immunity documentation or signed declination if titer is negative
- 2-step PPD or IGRA within one year of start
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
- Criminal background check dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification
- EPLS check dated within 30 days of start
- GSA/OIG check dated within 30 days of start
- Joint Commission testing within a year
- NSO check dated within 30 days of start
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
- Code of conduct form
- I-9
- Confidentiality and information security agreement
- Integrity and audit services form
- MVR dated within 30 days of start
