Surgical Technician (Long-Term Assignment)

Location: Boise, Idaho
Shift: 06:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Certification from CST or NBSTSA

Onboarding and Compliance Documentation

• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) from last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start.
• Education verification of highest academic level (degree or diploma/GED).
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within 30 days.
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including aliases and locations.
• Trinity Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Integrity and Audit Services, and Confidentiality agreements signed and on file.
• Trinity I9 form completed by agency.
• Specialty-specific competency testing and skills checklist completed within the last year.
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
• CORE exam (Joint Commission testing) within the last year.

Additional Notes

• All required documents must be scanned and uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
• Drug screen panel excludes THC.
• Declinations for COVID-19 and influenza vaccines are not accepted in California or Illinois.
• This is a long-term assignment (LTA) position.
