Job Opportunity: RN ICU

Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Schedule Notes: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH); July 3 and 4 are required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Minimum 1 year of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding Documentation & Compliance

Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
Skills checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors
Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county) within last 7 years, including SSN verification and alias checks, dated within 30 days of start
Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion checks dated within 30 days of start
NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days of start, including statewide check for Michigan if applicable
Trinity Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Integrity and Audit Services, Confidentiality and Security Agreements signed and on file
System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
Iowa-specific child and adult dependent abuse training and registry checks (including criminal history, sex offender, dependent adult & child abuse registries) completed within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

Must attach scanned copies of all required certifications and verifications, including front and back images of certification cards
Specialty exam and CORE exam must be current within one year
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
