Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapy

Location: Mullica Hill, New Jersey

Position Details

• Specialty: Respiratory Therapy
• Schedule:

  • 3 days per week, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
  • Typical days: Mon-Wed-Thurs or Wed-Thurs-Fri (days may vary as needed)
  • Weekend and holiday shifts as needed
• Contract Length: 6 weeks (possible extension)

Education & Certification Requirements

• High school diploma plus completion of an accredited program (certificate or associate's degree) in Neurodiagnostic Technology
• Certifications required:

  • Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) from ABRET
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

Orientation & Onboarding

• Completion of full orientation is mandatory; failure to complete results in immediate termination
• Orientation includes:

  • Virtual Welcome meeting and online HealthStream modules (must be completed by Monday of start week)
  • In-person classes typically held Tuesday through Thursday at various locations
  • Unit-based orientation scheduled by manager
  • Badge ID appointment required during orientation (photo submissions not accepted)

Additional Requirements

• Background check
• Drug screening
• Employment and educational verification
• Various health screenings and vaccinations including COVID-19, Hepatitis B, Influenza, MMR, TdaP, Varicella
• Compliance with multiple regulatory and safety screenings (e.g., FACIS 3M, OIG, SAM Sanction, NJ Sex Offender Exclusion)
• Core mandatory annual training
