Certified Surgical Tech (CST)

Location

• Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Contract

• Temp assignment
• 13 weeks
• Day shift
• 8-hour shifts
• Five 8-hour shifts required

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (5 years of experience)
• Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• NBSTSA
• Driver's License
• Ability to precept

Required Clinical Experience

• General
• Gyn
• Vascular
• Thoracic
• Ortho, including total joints
• Neuro, head, and spine
• Trauma

Preferred Experience

• C-sections
• ENT
• Plastics
• DaVinci Robot

Work Expectations

• Must take call
• Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility are not considered
• First-time travelers are not considered

Additional Details

• Facility-provided scrubs
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation
• Meditech Expanse experience is highly preferred
