Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Pomona, California
Start date: ASAP
13-week contract
Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
36 guaranteed hours per week
Acute care hospital
Magnet, Teaching, Level II Trauma Center
412 staffed beds

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in California
Trauma ICU experience within the last year
2 years of Trauma ICU experience
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS

Preferred Qualifications

None stated

Schedule / Assignment Details

Up to 2 days of RTO and 1 holiday approved off
Three missed shifts may result in cancellation of the assignment
On-call not required
Block scheduling not available
Locals accepted
Travelers may float within scope as needed; ICU float RNs may float to any ICU/TELE units

Cons

Management likes to micromanage and offload their own case load onto the Assistants. They also spy on you as you are working or documenting.
