Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Anchorage, Alaska
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift: 3x12 or 4x10; start times may vary between 0645-1915 and 0900-2130
- Acute hospital setting
- 407 staffed beds
- Magnet facility
- Level II Trauma
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Alaska
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- ACLS
- CNOR
Schedule / Assignment Details
- First timers not accepted
- On-call limited to coverage for call-offs only
- Block scheduling not accommodated
- Local candidates not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Pending license accepted, but license must be in hand for auto offer
- Time off is reviewed individually upon offer; all requested time off must be included with submission
- Guaranteed 60 hours per 2 weeks; traveler can be called off for 1 12-hour shift per 2 weeks
