Overview

Role: RN Hospice
Location: Everett, Washington
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Schedule: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00
Contract length: 13 weeks
Setting: Home health / hospice
Unit / territory: Up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health (1 year of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
Hospice experience
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Driver's License
Experience with Homecare Homebase
Experience with OASIS

Assignment Details

Average patient load: 5–7 patients per day
Guaranteed hours: 30 visits weekly for a 40-hour weekly guarantee
All charting must be completed by 9:00 a.m. the following morning
Geriatric cases
Traveler must be flexible with territory
Timely documentation and communication required
Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
iPad provided
Cell phone not provided
Dress code: scrubs of any color; no jeans
