Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Tulsa, Oklahoma
• Night shift: 3x12s
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Acute care hospital
• Level 3 Trauma Center
• 171 staffed beds
• EPIC charting preferred

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NRP
• Pending license not accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Weekend availability required every other weekend
• No holiday RTO
• Maximum 5 total days of RTO in the 13-week assignment
• No additional RTO after submittal or while on contract
• Must commit to going into the lab within 48-72 hours of signing
• Background check required within 30 days of start, including a complete 7-year criminal search and county searches for all counties within the last 7 years, Tulsa Oklahoma County search, sex offender search, nationwide SS trace; instant statewide searches are not accepted
• Copy of diploma or transcript required before start
• Unit-specific competency exam required
• OSUMC Oracle modules required before start
• Parking registration form required within 48-72 hours after signing
• Badge photo required before start
• Job description must be signed before start
• Confidentiality agreement must be signed before start
• Handbook code of conduct acknowledgement must be signed before start
• Marketing consent form must be completed before start
• WorkRamp modules required before clearance
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, with “cleared to work” and physician signature/contact information
• Negative TB or chest X-ray required within 1 year of start
• Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation required
• Drug test required within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
• 2 references required before start
• Annual skills checklist required
• Work history verification for the last 3 years required

Preferred

• NICU experience
• EPIC experience

Additional Notes

• Scrub color varies by unit
• Attendance is under a zero-fault policy
• CNAs and non-RNs may submit a high school diploma, transcript, or GED
• Work history verification may be pending at start
