Overview

• Travel/contract role in Knoxville, Tennessee
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 4x10s, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM
• On-call: 4 nights (11 PM–7 AM) every 6 weeks, plus 2 weekend 12-hour shifts every 6 weeks
• Auto offer with bi-weekly orientations

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Tennessee
• Operating Room experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Must be able to pass EKG testing before the start date
• 7-year work history
• 2 supervisory references
• Unit-specific skills checklist within the last year
• Color blind testing within 12 months prior to start
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Competency Exam
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam within 12 months of start, with a score of 80% or higher
• Core Part I
• Core Part II
• Core Part III
• Drivers License/State ID
• Background check
• SSN trace
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire
• Drug testing within 45 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption documentation for applicable start dates
• Employment application with active nursing license details and no gaps over 30 days without explanation
