Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Akron, Ohio
Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts per week
Typical hours: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Possible alternate shift times: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Details

Operating room RN circulator
Scrub experience is preferred

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
1.5 years of Operating Room experience
Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
Background check prior to start
Fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of signed contract
Education verification
Primary source license verification within 30 days of start
Nursys verification within 30 days of start
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask clearance within 12 months of start
Tdap vaccination documentation
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity or vaccination documentation
Drug screening within 12 months of start
Flu vaccination or approved exemption documentation
2 references from employment within 1 year of start

Additional Notes

Candidates must complete onboarding modules before start
Baseline competency testing is not required for OR RNs
