- Weekend scheduling varies based on patient visits
- Start: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Colorado
- Physical Therapy Assistant (1 year of experience)
- Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Work Expectations
- Territory will be kept as limited as possible to reduce drive time between patients
- Mileage between visit locations is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
- First and final visit mileage may also be reimbursed when the distance from home exceeds 30 miles
- Productivity expectation: 70%

- EMR: In Touch
- Background check and other onboarding requirements are required before start
- Physical exam, TB screening, drug screen, immunization documentation, references, and annual compliance items are part of onboarding requirements
