Labor and Delivery RN

Overview

• Travel/Contract RN role in Everett, Washington.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Contract length: 13 weeks.
• Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:00–7:30.
• 36 hours per week.
• First-time travelers accepted.
• Weekends required.
• Call not required.
• Locals not accepted.
• Float required to Postpartum.
• RTO must be included at time of submittal.
• Guaranteed hours: clinician can be called off for 1 12-hour shift per 2-week period.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
• 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• NRP
• AWHONN or EFM
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Post Partum experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facilities handling 200+ deliveries.
• Experience in facilities handling 100–200 deliveries.

Unit Information

• High-risk perinatal care.
• Level III unit.
• 19 labor and delivery beds.
• 10 antepartum beds.
• 30 postpartum beds.
• 3 ORs.
• 2 PACU.
• 7-bay triage.
• Float scope includes Postpartum.

Additional Notes

• Pacific Campus, Pavilion for Women and Children, with comprehensive maternity services and Level II NICU.
• Scrub color: any except reddish orange.
• Charting: EPIC.
• Parking is facility paid.
