Pros

No micro-managing from management. Knowledgeable coworkers. Coffee shop is open LATE! Staff and leadership have nothing but good things to say about working permanently at Saint Luke’s.

Cons

Only complaint: department policies aren’t really thorough enough to refer to; a sticky-note or 2-year old email that contradicts the official policy is NOT a replacement.
