Position Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift Requirements:
- Weekend shifts required
- Up to 5 days of Return to Office (RTO) allowed
- 1 holiday approved off
- Three missed shifts may result in assignment cancellation
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week (client may cancel up to 3 shifts during assignment)
- Floating: Floating within scope to other ICU/Telemetry units as well as Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units is required
- Block Schedule: Not accommodated (no specific schedule requests allowed)
- Locals Accepted: Yes
- Pending License: Not accepted
- On-call: Not required
Experience & Certifications
- Required Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse
- First-time Travelers: Accepted
- Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
- Required Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA only
- BLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only
- NIH Stroke Certification (valid within 2 years)
- Preferred Certifications:
- CCRN (Critical Care RN) for ER and Interventional Radiology (optional)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) for ER (optional)

- Primary source verification of California RN license within 30 days of start
- Health Requirements:
- Physical exam within 12 months clearing employee to work without restrictions
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray per facility guidelines
- Immunizations or titers for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Tdap vaccine or declination
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccination or facility-specific declination required
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (no instant tests)
- Fit Mask Testing: Required (N95 or approved masks)
- Competency Exams: Annual medication/pharmacology competency with minimum 80% score
- References: Two professional references required, including one from most recent experience
- Work History: Complete 15 years of work history required on application

- Badge photo required on plain blue background within 72 hours of signing
