Registered Nurse - Cath Lab (Travel/Contract)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (4x10 hours), 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Job Description
- Dual role experience required in Electrophysiology (EP) and Cath Lab.
- Must be comfortable performing duties in both specialties.
- Required experience includes:
- 2 years recent EP experience (hard requirement)
- Stroke, Neuro Intervention, Cerebral Thrombectomies & Embolizations
- Trauma experience
- Must have experience with Epic electronic health record system.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Minimum of 1 year recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year.
- Electrophysiology Lab experience.
- Stroke experience.
- Trauma experience.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
