Oncology Chemo Certified Registered Nurse
Location: Bend, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Provide nursing care with a focus on oncology intravenous therapy.
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood products.
- Proficient in care, maintenance, and accessing of central lines.
- Work day shift: 4 days per week, 9.5-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience, with oncology experience within the last year.
- Experience in home care, medical-surgical (Med Surg), intensive care unit (ICU), and infusion nursing settings.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Proficient in the care, maintenance, and accessing of central lines.
