Oncology Chemo Certified Registered Nurse

Location: Bend, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide nursing care with a focus on oncology intravenous therapy.
Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and blood products.
Proficient in care, maintenance, and accessing of central lines.
Work day shift: 4 days per week, 9.5-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM).

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience, with oncology experience within the last year.
Experience in home care, medical-surgical (Med Surg), intensive care unit (ICU), and infusion nursing settings.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Proficient in the care, maintenance, and accessing of central lines.
