 </li><li>Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
 </li><li>Previous charge experience preferred
 </li><li>COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
 </li><li>Ability to float to Med-Surg and Emergency Department (ER) units as needed
 </li><li>Competency with fetal monitoring (EFM) and intrapartum care; EMR experience preferred
 </li><li>2 professional references required

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Provide comprehensive intrapartum and postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns in the Labor &amp; Delivery unit
 </li><li>Perform newborn initial assessments and support immediate neonatal needs, including NRP when required
 </li><li>Monitor maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring and respond to emergent situations
 </li><li>Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, pediatric teams, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe patient outcomes
 </li><li>Float to Med-Surg and ER units as needed, assisting with skilled swing bed, medical patients, or ER duties
 </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and uphold hospital clinical standards and policies
 </li><li>Participate in block scheduling, weekend rotations, and unit-based teamwork to support patient care needs
