Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Hawaii
Long Term Care (1 year of experience)
Long Term Care experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Role Details

Long Term Care facility on site of hospital
Responsibilities include assessments, treatments, medication administration, notifying MD/NP of pertinent information, admitting/discharging, ADL assistance, Gastrostomy Tube care, Urinary Catheter care, Nebulized Treatment, Wound Vac care, CPAP care, Tracheostomy Care, and other assigned duties
