Contract role in Hilo, Hawaii.
12-hour day shifts, 0645 to 1915.
Scheduled 36 hours per week after the first week of orientation; no guarantee of hours.
Contract length: 15 weeks.

Flex RN floats between various medical and surgical units.
May float to Medical Unit, Laulima Unit, and on rare occasions Cardiovascular Unit.
Unit sizes: Medical 77 beds, Laulima 18 beds, Cardiovascular 15 beds.

Medical and religious exemption requests will not be accepted in lieu of documented proof of immunity.
Equipment used in the unit includes Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, and chest tubes.
Nurse-to-patient ratios: Medical 1:6 days/eves and 1:8 nights; Laulima 1:6; Cardiovascular 1:4.
Professional nursing attire; clean scrubs.
Orientation time is provided for each unit.
Must arrive the Thursday before start for an employee health appointment on Friday.
