Job Description

• Restore and maximize patient function
• Facilitate activities of daily living after disabilities to prevent further functional restrictions
• Help clients reach their maximum performance level within their capabilities
• Evaluate and treat patients using medically prescribed occupational therapy programs
• Perform other duties consistent with skills and training aligned with organizational goals

Territory Coverage

• San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Stanford, Menlo Park, East Palo Alto, Atherton, Redwood City, and neighboring cities as needed
