Job Opportunity: Medsurg Nurse (Night Shift)

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Details:

14-bed med-surg unit
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:5
Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
Schedule: 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed
Interpret and record patient measurements
Monitor patient vitals and promptly report adverse medication reactions
