Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation Therapy

Location: Newport, Oregon
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), no weekends
Hours per Week: 40

Job Description

Provide evaluation and treatment for patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in physical mobility or functional independence.
Specialized services include orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, and chronic pain treatment using movement.
Focus on helping patients return to function and community activities.
Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.

Required Qualifications

Valid Rehabilitation Therapist license in Oregon.
Minimum of 1 year of Rehabilitation Therapist experience, including experience within the last year.
Experience as a Physical Therapist.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.

Additional Information

Candidates should be prepared to provide general interview availability and preferred contact method for scheduling.
