Job Opportunity: CT/X-Ray Technologist (Nights)

Location: Morristown, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment to perform radiographs as requested by physicians.
• Adjust technical factors based on patient and body part while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Follow radiation safety practices.
• Assume temporary responsibility for patients during x-ray procedures.
• Operate portable equipment and C-arm.
• Transport patients as needed.
• Use hospital computer system and PACS system.
• Perform clerical tasks related to imaging services.
• Provide services that meet the psycho-social needs of the patient population.
• Must perform CT scans.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Vermont
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year

Additional Information

• Night shift position.
• No indication that prior travel experience is required.
