Overview

  • Role: LTC/SNF LPN
  • Location: Bemidji, Minnesota

  • Shift coverage: Two shifts of 3:00pm–11:30pm and two shifts of 7:00pm–7:30am

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPN / LVN license in Minnesota
  • Long Term Care (1 year of experience)
  • Long Term Care experience within the last year
  • BLS

  • Ratios: 1:20 days/eves; 1:40 nights
  • Orientation: Location-specific orientation
  • EMR: Matrix
