Assignment Details

• 13-week contract
• Days, varies
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Settings: SNF and HH, approximately 50/50
• Primarily in the Beatrice area; Auburn HH extends this direction and the SNF is located there
• Work week: Sunday through Saturday

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Nebraska
• Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred

• New grads are accepted

Additional Information

• Supervising 1 COTA
• Therapy supervisor onsite
• Software used: HCHB for HH and NetHealth for SNF
• Productivity expectations: SNF 80%; HH based on points
• No on-call or call-back available
• Local placements are 80-mile local placements
• If housing is used, local rates apply
