Contract length: 26 weeks
Shift: Nights
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Role

RN providing individualized, goal-directed nursing care in the LDRP unit and Nursery/Postpartum setting.

Unit Details

4 LDRP rooms
5 Nursery/Postpartum rooms

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Alaska
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
Advanced Fetal Monitoring
BLS
NRP
STABLE
AED

Preferred

Advanced Fetal Monitoring

Additional Notes

Local placements accepted
Scrubs provided
Meditech and OBIX training included, with 3-day training plus unit-specific orientation
Medication testing required on site within the first two weeks
Client may call off up to 24 hours in a 13-week assignment with no penalty
Overtime paid after 8 hours/day and after 40 hours/week
