Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Work Schedule

• Evenings shift
• 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Weekend requirement: every other weekend
• Holiday requirement: every other holiday
• Shifts primarily 8-hour, but 12-hour shifts are possible

Facility & Patient Population

• Long-term care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• 43-bed, two-story facility
• Patient population primarily includes dementia diagnoses
• EMR system: Matrix and paper flowsheets

Required Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license required
• BLS Certification required

Additional Information

• No IV care required for LPNs (not applicable for RN but indicates no IV responsibilities for LPNs)
• No on-call or call-back duties available or billable
• Agency must have active Minnesota SNSA registration
• Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
