Position Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Facility & Unit Information

• Unit Beds: 10
• Staffing: 1 Tech per shift
• Equipment: GE Tempo, GE Maxima CT, AMX
• Documentation System: Meditech / GE Centricity PACS
• Floating Policy: Allowed to pick up extra shifts at other FSEDs or hospital units
• Scheduling: Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees
• Dress Code: Black scrubs required

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year preferred
• Certifications Required: ARRT (R), BLS (CPR)
• Licenses: Radiology Tech License
• Skills Needed:

  • CT, X-Ray, and CT post-processing
  • Advanced skills in CT for stroke patients
• Procedures Performed: All CT and X-ray exams on unit
• Patient Experience: Professional and empathic interactions with patients
