Position Details

• Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend / as needed
• Call Requirements: As needed
• Number of Openings: 1
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Float Requirements: May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility

Requirements

• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • NRP/PALS (Neonatal/Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • Respiratory Therapist (RT) License/Certification valid in Virginia
• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in respiratory care
• Drug Screening: Random drug screens required on site
• Background: Must complete criminal questionnaire/consent form
• Orientation: Bi-weekly on Tuesdays
• Distance Requirement: Candidates must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify for travel status

• Professional dress code: scrubs of any color or pattern allowed; no casual wear
