Shift Staffing:
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 15-16 nurses, 3 PCTs
- Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 15-16 nurses
Patient Ratio: 3:1
Equipment: Alaris Pumps
EMR System: Meditech

Required Qualifications

Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) with Blood & Marrow Transplant ICU experience
Certifications: BLS required
Licenses: Registered Nurse License required
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (BMT ICU experience)
Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS certification
Chemotherapy certification
BMTCN and/or OCN certification

Typical Procedures

Chemotherapy administration
Neutropenic fever protocols (including blood culture draws and IV medications)
