Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona Employment Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week (weekly guaranteed hours: 36) Orientation: Bi-weekly Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live 60 miles or more away to be considered for travel.

Role Overview

Role: RN and scrub tech (RRT or RCIS)
Specialty: Interventional Cardiology
Unit: Cath Lab, with 90 beds
Patient Population: Adult
Coverage: Cath lab covers catheterization, stress testing, TEE, and tilt
Float Scope: May float to IR on occasion
Weekend Hours: On call
Call Requirements: >12 days
Equipment: GE
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CAD
Personality Fit: Team player

Required Qualifications

Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
RCIS

Work Environment

Scrubs: Hospital provided
